IMPORTANT CUSTOMER NOTICE 

Republic of Ireland Via DPD or An Post

Free Delivery*

*We now offer FREE DELIVERY for all orders over €50 Nationwide.

Orders placed in the Republic of Ireland if received before 3 pm Monday to Thursday are sent out same day. With a delivery address in the Republic of Ireland, orders should be received by the customer within 1-3 Working Days but can not be guaranteed. Deliveries can sometimes take up to 3-5 days within Ireland. Orders placed on a Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched on a Monday morning, excluding bank holidays, for delivery on a Tuesday.

Orders placed in Northern Ireland will be dispatched in the same manner as above and the same delivery schedule could apply but can not be guaranteed as a result of Brexit.

Orders placed the day before or on bank holidays will be dispatched on the next available day.

Every effort is made on our behalf to fulfill your order and ensure next day delivery where appropriate. Unfortunately, from time to time, and in a small number of cases deliveries may not arrive the next day for reasons beyond our control.

We always raise any delivery issues with our courier partners on your behalf and do our utmost to have any issues resolved as soon as possible.

Any item(s) undelivered by our courier partners must be received back in order for us to issue a refund or resend the item(s). If an item(s) is lost during the delivery process then refunds can only be issued once the case is closed with our delivery partners.

Please note that our courier currently does not deliver to Parcel Motel.

 Northern Ireland & Mainland UK Via DPD or An Post 

Orders placed in Northern Ireland & the UK are subject to a flat rate delivery charge of €15. All orders received before 3 pm Monday to Thursday will be dispatched same day. Please allow 3 – 5 working days for delivery. Orders placed on Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched on a Monday morning or Tuesday if on a bank holiday. Please note that due to Brexit there may be delays receiving your order. Additional charges may be added at the time of delivery that may include VAT, customs or excise duties that are beyond our control. Similar charges may apply if you wish to return any item relating to import transport fees.

During periods of sale, some delays can occur or some items may be out of stock. Every effort is made to limit these occurrences.

E-Gift cards purchased online are delivered via email either to the purchaser or to the recipient and are not physical cards. You can buy here

Physical Gift Cards are sent out via an Post for Free to the purchaser or the recipient and are for in-store use only. You can buy here

Returns Policy

Christmas Returns Policy:

You can avail of our Extended Christmas Returns Policy. All the usual terms can be found below, but you can now return up until the 14/01/2025 on any purchase made on or after the 07/11/2024

Year Round Returns

UNIT7 Menswear does not offer free returns. We are happy however for you to return any item you purchase from our site within 14 calendar days of receiving it. During this period you can return the item for any reason. If you return any item because of a change of mind you will have to pay the cost of returning it. There will be no charge for returning an item that is faulty. All items however will be checked before shipping to ensure they are as described and are free from damage or faults. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. If you wish to return any item because it does not fit, the items must be returned within 14 days.

Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully resalable condition and any tags must be intact within the 14 day period. Extra care must be taken when trying on clothing, please ensure you are not wearing any makeup, fragrance, or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged. 

Exceptions: In the interest of health & safety we cannot accept returns of:

  • Underwear.
  • Fragrance cannot be returned once original sealed packaging/tags have been removed.
  • Hats unless tags are still in place and packaging remains unopened and undamaged unless faulty.

Exchanges

If you have ordered the incorrect size or colour we recommend placing a new order for the desired item. You can then return the original item(s) and receive a full refund. If you wish to exchange any item because it does not fit, the items must be returned within 14 days.

Return of items that are part of the deal

If you are returning an item that was purchased as part of a bundle deal, the refund will be issued for the difference of the amount paid minus the full price of the item being kept.

For example, if you have bought two knits (original price of each €59.95) as part of our Mix 2 for €89 Deal and you are returning one knit for a refund, the refund amount will be issued at €29.05 (€89-€59.95 = €29.05).

Please Note

  • The numbers above are for illustrative purposes and will differ depending on the deal purchased.
  • The above applies to all bundle deals sold online and in-store
  • We recommend exchanging the item in question instead of returning for a refund, so you do not miss out on a deal.
  • In an instance where the desired exchange is not available, we will get in touch with an alternative choice.

Refunds

Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be issued and processed to your original payment method. No refunds are issued on delivery charges unless the item was returned as faulty.

How can I return items?

If you have purchased from our online site you can make a return in – store, via An Post (Best Option) or through a parcel or courier service of your choosing. You must have your order number. If you purchased an item in store you can only return the item back to the store.

We recommend using a tracked shipping option when returning items in the event your item(s) go missing in transit. We can not take responsibility for any items that go missing or get damaged during transit.

Returning items in–store

You are able to return any item you purchased online in–store as long as it is within our 14 day return policy. You must have your returns note and goods for return that are in a resalable condition, with all tags and undamaged. Once your return is processed a refund will be issued online through your original payment. Refunds for items sold online cannot be issued in store. Please note that refunds to cards can take 3 -5 working days to process and are the responsibility of your card provider. 

Returning items by post

A return form will be enclosed with your order. Simply complete your returns form and enclose it with your repackaged items and return it to UNIT7 Menswear Online, Market St. Castlebar, Co. Mayo.

Returning items by courier/parcel services

A return form will be enclosed with your order. Simply complete your returns form and enclose it with your repackaged items. Arrange for your desired courier service to collect your item or drop it off yourself and arrange to have it sent to  UNIT7 Menswear Online, Market St. Castlebar, Co. Mayo.
